Henri Blin et Cie Champagne
The Champagne Manufacturer Henri Blin Et Cie was founded in 1947 In Vincelles. His Cuvée Is the Cuvée Year 2000.
Henri Blin et Cie Champagne is a cooperative of over 100 winemakers.
The BLIN House was founded by Henri Blin shortly before the 2nd World War. Since 1947, it has been a winegrowers' co-operative with currently over 100 members, who cultivate about 110 hectares of vineyards, mostly in the Vallée de la Marne. Henri Blin's wines are consistently ranked higher than more well-known brands in the most important French wine guides. They therefore mostly stayed in the country and are highly recommended by French sommeliers of many good restaurants in France. This is also due to the fact that all the vineyards (70% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir) are harvested exclusively by hand and the winemakers carry out their work with love for the product and respect for the environment. They all always try to get the best out of the mountain, true to the motto: a good wine is made in the mountain, but in the cellar you just can't spoil it anymore.
